Payments
All orders are payable at time order is placed; check, money order, or credit card (Mastercard, Discover, VISA, American Express, and Bank card through PayPal only). All Paypal/ credit card payments will incur a 3% convenience fee. All print media projects under $200 are to be paid upfront before design process takes place. All other projects will require 30% deposit upfront, another 30% before 1st round revisions, and the remaining balance before the 2nd round of revisions or at completion (whichever is first) If you decide that you are not happy with intial design concepts, notify us before the 1st revision round to receive a deposit refund. If you allow us to make revisions after the concept round and you decide to discontinue service, you will be responsible for payments of the revisions allowed and/or approved up until cancellation. Purchase Orders will only be considered from established commercial accounts & government/school facilities: 21 days net; 2.5% monthly finance charge assessed on overdue accounts.

All prices vary depending on individual needs, quantities ordered and deadline specified. We will do our best to exceed your design expectations at a reasonable rate.
Design Specifications
Design requests are executed according to the specifications provided by the client on the initial quote request form and initial discussions during the process of quoting your individual project. To ensure the best service and satisfaction, please complete the request form with the most specific details regarding your requirements. Communication is essential and we strive to give our customers complete satisfaction.
Estimated Project Completion
An estimated completion time frame on your project is 1-7 days for most print media and 15-30 business days for web design from the date of payment made (this excludes weekends and US holidays). This is an estimate ONLY and could vary depending on complexity of your specific request, the order may take longer. When placing your initial order, we will give you an estimated completion time on your project. We will always strive to finish your project as soon as possible and once payment is made, your project is placed in the queue for completion. All "Rush" orders will incur a 35% markup on the original design fees, which makes up for the overtime required in order to complete a "Rush" order in the timeframe you require.
The Design Process
The following include steps we at JhericocoL3 take in your print media or web design process once your project payment has been received:
1. Development of the overall concept and layout of your design work, based on the specifications you have given to us in the order form you filled out. This stage may also require further communication with you for complete clarification and satisfaction.
2. Creation of the custom graphics that make up the groundwork of your design request.
3. We perform the above phase on a development domain that we own. We use that domain to work on client projects. On the estimated completion date of your project, you will receive an email from your designer with that necessary login information so that you can review your design work. Standard email proofs are also available for all print projects.
4. Once you have reviewed the project we will work with you on all modifications and adjustments you may entail on the design. A maximum of two revisions of web designs will be included at no extra cost to create the look and feel that is desired. Further revisions will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $75/hour .
5. Once we have received final approval from you on the design work we will send the project to print and/or upload the custom website. After that is completed, we review the work with you and when you've given the final OK, you will then receive a "Project Sign Off" email from us with any additional notes needed. Minor updates and changes to existing project will be available for up to three (3) days from the completion of the project (this includes up to a half-hour per page total). Updates, changes, modifications and/or revisions to print projects after approval and websites after the 3 day period will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $75/hour.
Requesting Changes
Any changes to the project(s) after approval will incur an hourly fee of $75/hour. Requested modifications that were not included in the original quote will incur our hourly fee for completion.
Use of Photography and/or Artwork
Most of the images used in our graphic design projects are obtained from free stock photo/imagery websites that allow a royalty free license or from stock photography/illustration sites where the original image is purchased with a limited license. The cost of this convenience and luxury will be included in the quote provided for you at a reasonable amount. Use of any non-licensed imagery is the sole responsibility of the client. Clients who provide images to us for use in their project assume risk of liability for use of those images. For assurance contact the original artist of the image for permission before providing it for us to use in your design project.
Project Backup
Client assumes all responsibility for their files after project completion in case of an emergency.
Project Sign Off
Once the client has received notification of project completion, minor updates and changes to web sites ONLY can be made for up to three (3) days before being completely loaded so please inform us of any minor modifications and questions you have. This includes any problems you may run into with your site (i.e. a link not working, an image not displaying to your liking). Inform us of those questions/concerns within 3 days from notification received. Any requests for updates, changes, modifications and/or revisions to the website after the 3 day period will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $75/hr. All other completed and printed projects will be charged our hourly rate as well.

Promotional Use
JhericocoL3 reserves the right to use project details for promotional material, our portfolio and project case studies for education, training and promotional purposes.
